Cramer Foster is a 12-year CRE industry veteran specializing in Commercial Retail Leasing and Investment Sales throughout the Puget Sound region. Having joined Kidder Mathews in 2012, Cramer quickly climbed the ranks and in 2013 was awarded the distinguished Kidder Mathews Rookie of the Year Award for being the highest grossing first-year Broker company-wide.

With a fundamental understanding of all phases of retail development, site acquisition, disposition, and investment sales, Cramer assists his clients in maximizing returns and increasing property values. Cramer has successfully completed Tenant Representation work for a variety of prominent national and regional retailers – from full market store roll-outs to the hard-to-find one-off infill location. His expansive network and distinctive approach continually prove valuable to his clients, in addition to his in-depth knowledge of leasing, ground leases, build-to-suits, reverse build-to-suits, tenant improvement allowances, and market standard Landlord delivery conditions. Through Cramer’s various contacts including ICSC, CBA, and Washington State Commercial Association of REALTORS, he has established a presence in the national and regional retail and investment communities.

EDUCATION

Cramer graduated from the University of Washington in 2011, with a B.A. in Political Science: Political Economy and American Indian studies. He was also a member of Theta Chi fraternity.
